Beautiful home!!
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary week. This was the perfect getaway from our busy, Portland lifestyles. The house is close to many beautiful attractions including Sunday river ski resort, waterfalls, hiking and canoeing. Fire pit in the backyard is an added bonus :) plenty of living space so it is great for larger families as well. A true "gem" and we hope to stay and create more memories in the years to come.

Location! Location! Location!
Loved the house. So close to everything we tried to squeeze in ....Skiing, snowmobiling, great restaurants and pubs. The house was clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen, more room than my house! Can't wait to go back.

Perfect getaway
I spent a couple of weeks here at the Riverbank Retreat. It was just what I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of my busy schedule. The location was extremely accommodating as it's within a couple of miles from town, and only a few miles from some fabulous hiking trails that are all part of Grafton Notch. The owner left several brochures as well as maps of various places that I found interesting, and were also helpful in locating some of the places I escaped to throughout my stay. The house is nicely designed, spacious, and gave me that comforted feeling from the moment I walked in. I would truly recommend this home to everyone, and I look forward to returning next summer!

Great Location!
Spent a night here this fall. Easy access to hiking trails and river, and ski area right around the corner; private & quiet location but close to main road. Well-appointed and maintained. Spacious bedrooms, large kitchen. Good value.
